Wow. We knew Lacey had it, but she turned it up to 11 with this one. Tech goddess Lacey Baker puts it down coast to coast in her new part for Thrasher Magazine, confirming that women’s skateboarding is more than alive and well. Yeah, Lacey!
Season 8 of Camp Woodward has rolled out this morning with episodes that begin as they follow three up-and-coming skaters preparing to spend two weeks at summer camp.
To kick it off, we’ve selected the one of the first episodes featuring 12 year old CJ Collins. Inadvertently, he was raised on skateboarding as his parents regularly dropped him off at the Vans Skatepark in lieu of daycare as a developing youngster. Have a seat and meet CJ, one of skateboarding’s rising talents.
The annual Vans Girls Combi Classic heated up the renowned Combi Pool at the Vans Skatepark in Orange, CA on Saturday. The ladies killed it as seen here in Thrasher Magazine’s edit filmed and handled by Schmitty. Check it out!

Detroit has long been known as a hardworking city, defined by its productivity from motorcars to Motown music. Now the creative community is revitalizing their city and bringing new energy to downtown life. Levi’s Skateboarding teamed up with locals to help build a DIY skate spot, and will return to Detroit in 2017 to partner on the build of a new skate park.
“Hey Mark, what should we do to surprise Ronnie with his boards?” … “Let’s go to an archery range, it’ll be fun!” With that, the plan was set. The Krooked Team, along with Ronnie Sandoval’s friends and family, met up at the local archery range to surprise Ronnie with his pro board. His face was priceless when he realized what was happening. “Those are your pro graphics!!!” The Gonz chimed in to make sure he knew what was happening. Congrats Ronnie!
