Bob Burnquist’s “Dreamland” – A Backyard Progression

In his new webisode series, Bob Burnquist provides us exclusive access to the private domain in which so many of his contributions to skateboarding were born, his backyard in Southern California, better known as “Dreamland.” Hence, “The Dreamland Series.”

To lead off the series, we see something from Bob that hasn’t been seen since 2010: a full-length video part filled with never-before-seen footage. And, the Hip. Yes, he added a Hip feature with a 15-foot gap onto his personal MegaRamp.

This is eight and a half minutes of footage delivers the ultimate amalgamation of tech and powerful skateboarding – like nothing ever seen before. Our minds are blown and we’re sure countless others will be to in the coming minutes, days, weeks, and months. This is a video part for the history books. Progressive, raw and entertaining as fuck – Bob is the definition of gnar. Congrats and huge high fives Bob, Oakley, Jamie Mosberg, Bruno Passos, Kirk Dianda and all of those involved to make this happen!

Music – Ben Harper
“I Will Not Be Broken”
