Street League 2013 Schedule Announced
The Street League has announced its 2013 tour of events which includes three international stops which are a part of the X Games global expansion. Beginning next month, SLS kicks off in Brazil followed by Spain, Kansas City, Munich, Portland, Los Angeles and New Jersey on the schedule.
Notably, both DC Shoes and Monster Energy are nowhere to be found as title sponsors this season. Who’s fronting all of the cash for the total prize purse of $2,095,000?

SLS is becoming the X-games street skate format, replacing their long successful jam events.
X games is owned by ESPN (which is owned by Disney) and they have all the sponsors and money needed ….
Looks to me like this is Step One in the sale by Rob Dyrdek of SLS to Disney.
X games, Dew Tour and Maloof are more interesting skate events, with fairer judging than that of the SLS.
I’m glad to see Dyrdek and Park Lane Investments are taking their show on the road.
How exciting it will be to see the exact same contest and the exact same standardized skateboarding in every country in the world.
Not to mention how cool it will be to see Dydrek pawn off the left-overs from these contests (while calling it charity) on the local cities and make all the parks of the world look exactly the same.
(also if there is no street skateboarding in the street league, how can they call it the street league?)
Street league blows. But that cab back noseblunt Nyjah did wooh!
